  Focus groups

  Surveys (online or offline)

  Task performance

  Desk research
(e.g. literature reviews, market research, mapping)

Analysing Data

We combine academic rigour with practical experience to deliver robust and useful answers to your questions. We can analyse data you have already collected, or that we have collected on your behalf. We will thoroughly explain our methods and results, making your data 'talk' and bringing clarity to investigation and evaluation.

Evidence or research findings are presented in the way that best meets your objectives, for example as a:

  Written report

  Group discussion

  Plan or proposal

  Grant application

  Policy document

  Journal article

Clear, evidenced strategy is essential for organisations and projects to succeed. By gathering a sound basis of evidence and undertaking thorough analysis, we can assist in developing:

  Organisational policy

  Strategic recommendations

  Feedback to support service development

  Options Appraisal

We provide individual and group training sessions to help organisations conduct their own research with confidence. We can deliver training at a client’s own premises, or host a fully catered training event at our office in Redditch.  Our welcoming meeting rooms are conveniently located on major bus routes, and benefit from ample parking.

Our Services We offer services across the whole research process, from initial design to planning how to put results into practice.

Each of our service elements can be commissioned separately, or combined to create a research package.  We are happy to discuss how we can tailor a project to make the most effective use of your resources.
